The Fund provides an additional resource for families enrolled in our case management program when all other options have been explored by our CM team and have been unsuccessful in filling that need.

According to a study, financial strain is one of the key social determinants of health (SDoH) that negatively impacts both maternal and infant health, with nearly 30% of families reporting financial hardship as a significant barrier to proper healthcare (National Academy of Sciences, 2020).
